Link web purchase to app install without an MMP

web2wave SDKs now ship identify(), a built-in fingerprinting method that links a web purchase to an app install with no MMP, no deferred deeplink, and no asking users to revisit a link after install.

The flow: user completes quiz or paywall in the browser, installs the app, you call identify() on first launch, get the user_id, and link Adapty or RevenueCat to unlock access.

Available in Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native, and Unity.

AI-powered quiz answer insights

Understand your audience better with AI-generated insights from quiz responses. Get JTBD analysis, advertising angles, UGC scripts, and audience comparisons automatically. Available starting with the Starter plan, with weekly generation limits that scale with your subscription level.

Generate email sequences with AI

Describe your audience and web2wave writes the full sequence for you — subject line, HTML, and a unique hero image for every email. The generator is trained on email sequences from top-performing funnels, so you get a solid starting point in seconds.

What you get:

• Triggers: lead, purchase, trial, subscribe, app installed
• Delays and stop triggers
• CTAs to a quiz, paywall, app download, or custom URL
• Visual style pulled from your quiz or paywall, or a ready-made style pack
• Prebuilt sequence templates to start in minutes

To try it: Email Sequences → Generate with AI → select a template → describe your audience → Generate.

What teams are doing with the web2wave MCP

In case you missed it: the web2wave MCP connects AI agents (Cursor, Claude, and others) directly to your web2wave project — quizzes, paywalls, subscriptions, analytics — so you can operate the platform straight from chat. Here's what teams are already using it for:

Localize an entire funnel in minutes, images included. One prompt: "Translate this quiz into Spanish, German and Portuguese." The agent runs AI translation across every screen, detects text baked into your images, generates localized versions, uploads them, and swaps them in.

Mine quiz answers for ad creatives. Export all quiz responses and ask the agent to compare users who completed the quiz with users who paid. It surfaces what buyers say differently: their pains, motivations, and exact wording, then turns that into ready-to-test ad angles and hooks.

Reconstruct any funnel that caught your eye. Drop in a URL and the agent walks it screen by screen and rebuilds the flow as a native web2wave quiz, restructured around your product and offer.

You can also turn A/B test data into proper research with significance and cohort readouts, rebrand your entire funnel from a single color, build upsell chains by describing the flow, and much more.

Email login for the customer portal

Users can now access their subscription portal without you needing to pass a user_id. Every project has a dedicated page where users authorize via email: they enter their address, receive a magic link, and land in the portal already signed in.

Setup takes about 2 minutes: go to Project → General → set the Customer portal link (your Manage subscriptions quiz URL with {user_id}), and make sure email is configured (Legal email + DNS records or SMTP).

Use it in App Settings → Subscription when you don't pass user_id from the app, or link to it from support, your website, or email when you only have the user's email address.

A/B test improvements

Smarter dates — start and end dates fill in automatically when you launch or finish a test. Manually set dates are left unchanged.

Better filters — filter the A/B Tests list by created, started, or ended period.

CSV export — export results from the Results tab with current filters applied. The file lands in Exports as A/B Test Results.

Sync user emails to ActiveCampaign

You can now synchronize all your users' emails to ActiveCampaign directly from web2wave.

Export quiz answers to CSV

Download quiz analytics data as CSV from the Quiz Answers report. You get the same breakdown by screen and answer visible on the page, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets. Find it in Quizzes & Pages List → Answers icon → Export to CSV.

Click sounds in quizzes

Add an optional click sound that plays when users interact with buttons, answer options, and checkboxes. Set it up in Quiz Settings → Custom JSON config → click_sound_enabled toggle.

Webinar: is it a funnel problem? Or a creative problem? — July 21

On July 21 at 16:00 CET, Nathan Hudson, Founder and CEO of Perceptycs, joins web2wave's founder Igor Lyubimov to walk through how creatives shape funnel performance, how to diagnose where your real bottleneck sits, and what separates creatives that scale from ones that plateau.
